Before we begin cleaning your floors and cabinets, we must first clear the floors of your things that may be in our way while working. To do this we move everything outside of the garage if applicable. If that is not an option we will clean one side at a time. If your garage is excessively cluttered and it takes us a long time to move your things around an upcharge may be applied. 

Next we sweep the garage so we can get your floors as clean as possible. We take our brooms into every nook and cranny of the applicable space to ensure the next steps are as effective as possible. 

Once the floors are clean, we apply a ph neutral soap and water mixture to the floor and use brooms to scrub it in. This helps lift dirt and gets your floors looking perfectly clean.

Using our water broom, we rinse the soap mixture off the floors and collect the water in our shop vac if your garage is not equipped with a drain. The water broom we use is specifically designed to help us reduce our water usage and be more time efficient while working. 

In our last step, we bring all of your items back into the garage and put them right back where they where. We take pictures before and after to ensure nothing is misplaced.
